Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the in-game shop and use Restore Purchases. Permanent products (2× Coins Forever and bundles) are re-granted automatically. Consumable coin/core packs are one-time grants and are not restorable per Apple's rules.

I lost my progress after deleting the app

Progress is stored locally on your device, so deleting the app removes it. Permanent purchases can always be restored (see above).

The event is locked — why can't I replay it?

Each live event lasts 2 days. Once you clear your chosen difficulty, that event is completed for the window — you can revisit it to view your defense, and a new event planet arrives with the next rotation.

Ads aren't loading

Rewarded ads require an internet connection and available ad inventory in your region. Try again later — ads are always optional and only give bonus coins.
